The priority in the education process is minimizing stress.
Nowadays, many young people learn in an “unconscious” way. Children memorize information to meet specific scores or grades. Unfortunately, knowledge acquired this way quickly fades from memory. At our school, we want every student to understand that they are learning for themselves, discovering the joy and value of personal growth.
Every grade should broaden their horizons, not just be a point to earn. That’s why we introduce annual exams to help children become accustomed to this form of knowledge verification and to show them how much they have learned. A psychologist supports both students and teachers to make exams less stressful and more motivating.
